These two interior lots, perfect for luxury single family redevelopment in Sloan’s Lake are next to a corner lot that was listed and my builder client was not interested in.  At the time, the seller was going through plan approvals with the city and wanted to build himself. I continued communication with the Listing Agent and a month later, he offered the two interior lots for sale. This included plans for two luxury single family homes that were close to final city approval.

My innovative real estate development client, Dublin Development, who has experience building luxury homes in the area jumped at the opportunity.

We submitted a strong offer, beat out other interested parties, and negotiated a successful contract. 

We are in the last phases of submittals with the city and anticipate closing in mid to late August. Construction will start shortly after.!
