As the head of marketing and builder relations, Cheryl Schuette, brought me on to develop, implement, and evolve a robust Broker Relations Program. I engaged real estate brokers, on-site Sales Associates, Division Presidents, and Sales & Marketing leaders to formalize a plan and focus direction. The directive started with creating custom webinars and panel events, participating with associations, hosting on and off-site events, and has grown successfully from there.
The result is a one-of-a kind, award-winning broker outreach program that also continuously receives recognition and accolades from industry partners, clients, and builders.
I also expanded my consulting services to include Focus Groups, Onboarding Program for Sales Associates, Sales Associate Training/Appreciation Events, and Secret Shopping, increasing the improvements and competitiveness of the community.
