Baseline represents the latest urban master-planned community developed by the esteemed McWhinney Company. Situated in Broomfield, Colorado, this distinguished community is comprised of residences constructed by five well-known builders, presenting a diverse selection of homes that are particularly suitable for prospective buyers in search of a new, Urban-chic home.

To promote the success of the community, with a focus on elevating awareness, especially among the real estate broker community, the Master Planned Community Development team partnered with Green Means Go to help develop, launch, and evolve a successful broker outreach program.

Throughout the first two months of our partnership, we actively achieved several key goals.

• hosted a Broker Focus Group to gather valuable insights and feedback
• conducted retrospective & strategy meetings with each builder’s Sales & Marketing teams to gather relevant intel
• facilitated a Whiteboard Brainstorming session with McWhinney’s team to review findings and formulate an effective strategy

McWhinney’s planning, development, and marketing teams met with representatives from Berkeley Homes and Boulder Creek Neighborhoods to discuss and communicate pertinent information regarding the progress of the next phase in Baseline.
