I am Neneh Biffinger and
I. LOVE. Real Estate.

From binge watching Fixer Upper to scooting by Sunday Open Houses, and especially helping my clients grow their wealth in real estate – I love real estate and would be honored to help you and/or you company in your next real estate adventure.

I often joke, “I have been selling since the womb”. With my almost 30 years of selling and marketing experience in a variety of industries and being an active member of the building and design industries. I will apply my insider knowledge, strategic marketing approach, insightful consulting skills, to partner with builders, developers, and investors and help: find properties in desirable areas attract qualified buyers to sell your property, and enhance your marketing programs through sales team training and broker outreach programs.

My favorite pass time is connecting people and I have a passion for helping others. This has afforded me many adventures, business referrals, speaking opportunities, and life successes, including my venture into real estate and consulting – helping developers and communities expand their reach, home builders successfully sell their homes, and individuals invest in or showcase their properties. On a personal note, when I am not out networking or promoting real estate, I LOVE to explore life and try new things. Traveling is on the top of the list. As a long time Colorado resident, it could be camping with my dog, Boca, and husband, Ben; and, as a soul gypsy, learning a new culture while earning passport stamps is a huge passion. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, riding my Genuine Buddy scooter, and dancing anywhere I can make a dance floor. I would love to learn more about you and your goals.
